Understanding key reports in Dentrix Enterprise will help you better manage your clinics. Find the new self-paced Reports Essentials videos and more in the Dentrix Enterprise Resource Center. All online training videos are included with your customer service plan.
The Dentrix Enterprise Reports Essentials course includes topics on how to generate and interpret reports such as the Day Sheet, Aging/Claim Report, Suspended Credits Report, Collections Manager, and more.
With each topic, you’ll watch a short tutorial video, read helpful tips, and access corresponding Help topics. Also, you’ll complete practice exercises, so you can put into practice what you’ve learned.
To access the Essentials courses:
- Go to the Dentrix Enterprise Resource Center at www.dentrixenterprise.com/support/resource-center/view.
- Log in with your Dentrix Enterprise customer ID and postal code.
- Under Get Your Training, click Enter.
- Log in, or click Register to create an account.
- Under Learn the Essentials, click View.
